New Clients
Thank you for selecting us as a partner in your pet’s healthcare! We are committed to providing quality care for your pet.
Prior to your appointment
Holistic medicine entails collecting information about your pet's lifestyle, diet, preferences, vaccination history, and historical ailments. This complete history will be important information to aid in finding a diagnosis and formulating a treatment plan unique to your dog or cat.
Since gathering a complete history can be a lengthy process, please fill out the New Patient form prior to your appointment. This can be submitted electronically by clicking on the link located in the drop box under the header New Clients. If this is not an option, please call the clinic at 859-331-2541 and we will be happy to mail them to your home.
What to expect at your pet's first comprehensive patient evaluation appointment
Your first appointment will be 60-90 minutes in length. Holistic medicine can take extra time compared to a quick in and out appointment at most veterinary hospitals. This initial appointment will allow Dr. Bevins to establish a relationship with both you and your dog or cat, complete an exam, administer different modalities of treatment if necessary, and discuss a treatment plan tailored specifically for your pet.
Medical Progress Exam Appointments
After the initial evaluation, medical progress exams will be scheduled specifically tailored to your dog or cat's needs. Restoring the patient's body back to correct balance is a process that may require multiple treatments. Individualized plans will be discussed at each appointment.
Payment Options
For your convenience, our payment options include: cash, check, or credit and debit cards bearing Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover logos. In order to continue to deliver high quality services utilizing the best holistic technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
